Experience: 5 years or more of running 5-10 men crews, filling out daily time sheet reports, accident reports, safety reports, NPDES reports, knowledge of equipment and daily maintenance, knowledge of construction methods and materials, interpret plans, understand construction stakes, GPS, levels and transits, must speak fluent English and some Spanish is a plus, valid drivers license.
Duties include but not limited to: Running a crew in a safe and productive manner, conducting daily prework talks and tool box talks, weekly safety meetings, completing paper work in a legible manner daily, insuring that daily maintenance of equipment is being completed, basic layout, training new employees on safe equipment operation.
