Experience: 4 years or more of experience in take-off and estimating site work, utilities and road work, must be capable of profiling walls and pipes, able to use Agtek, AutoCAD and HCSS, able to analyze plans, boring reports and specifications, proficient with Excel & Word.
Duties include but not limited to: Attend Prebid and Postbid meetings, take-off, contacting subcontractors, coordinating minority solicitation, request bid bonds, sending questions to owner/ architect/ engineer, finalize bid proposal and submission of proposal.
